These comfortable, move-in-ready units—previously reserved exclusively for Fawn Ridge owners—are now available for short-term stays (excluding February).
RV sites at Fawn Ridge are also open to Deer Creek residents and their guests, offering a peaceful and convenient place to stay. Availability and seasonal guidelines apply—see the FAQ below for details.

Park model and RV site rentals are available to Deer Creek residents for:
Up to 14 days from April through January
Up to 7 days during peak season (January–March)
Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Need a longer stay? We may be able to accommodate extended stays depending on availability and other factors—just reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
No, there is no minimum stay. You can rent a park model or RV site for just one night or up to a maximum of two weeks. Longer stays may be possible but must be approved in advance.
Yes, all RV sites are equipped with 50 AMP, 30 AMP, and 20 AMP electrical service at each pedestal to accommodate a wide range of RVs.
No, pets are not allowed in the park model rentals. Additionally, dogs over 40 lbs are not permitted anywhere in the park.
We can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet in length. Please contact us with your rig details if you have special requirements.
Park model and RV sites have free Wi-Fi and over the air antenna. We do not offer any cable TV service in the park.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM for both Park Models and RV sites.
Check-in time is 10:00 AM for RV sites and 2:00 PM for Park Model rentals.
Yes, golf cart rentals are available for $30/day. Our 2-seat carts are perfect for getting around the property.

Yes, rentals for both Park Models and RV sites are unavailable during the month of February. That month is blocked out and not open for guest reservations.
Reservations for Park Models and RV sites can be made up to 30 days in advance. We are not able to accept bookings beyond that window at this time.
Yes.
For RV site rentals, you may cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival with no fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a $25 fee.
For Park Model rentals, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days will result in the loss of your deposit.
